We all want good customer services where ever we go. What happens when you order online, and it doesn’t work?? Well, I had that issue so, I called the Chiplote store to do a phone order instead and, when the store employee answered the phone I was told: “oh we don’t take phone order it is all done online.” When I explained, I had an issue trying to do so online the employee didn’t care and wouldn’t take a phone order for me. What’s the use of having a phone for the store then? Not everyone orders online yet. If I had been that employee’s boss, I would have been upset due to that is a good way to upset a customer and lose one in the process. If you don’t take care of the customer, someone else will!
I was able to order online and pay for it. When I got to the Chiplote store which wasn’t busy but my order was not ready, it hadn’t even prepared. So now I am waiting for it longer. It would have been quicker for me to come in and just ordered it all to go in person. Not once did I hear I’m sorry for the wait or thank you for your business, but I did hear, “please be sure to fill out the survey on the receipt.” Well, I like doing surveys, and I did do that one! Now, will I stop going to Chiplote? No, I won’t go back to that one store because this isn’t the 1st time I have had bad services from this store. I have heard anything from Chiplote ??
