Late night snacks that burn fat

We all get the late night hunger and we tend to pick the things we shouldn’t be eating.  it’s ok to do a late night snack but try to eat something healthy but still within moderation.

  1. Almond milk and apples help  make you feel full while giving you high amounts of fiber and protein.
  2. Remove the pit in a Avocados and fill it with cottage cheese makes a snack loaded with nutrients.
  3. Canned tuna and whole wheat crackers for protein and omega 3.
  4. Power berry smoothie mix with protein powder, greek yogurt and berries help curve the snacking.
  5. Warm pear and cinnamon ricotta by cutting the pear in half and removing the pear core. Add ricotta cheese and a little bit of cinnamon.
  6. Edamame with a little bit of sea salt add  protein, fiber and very little calories.
