So GoDaddy is my WordPress hosting provider. I log in at different times to try and update my site and I have another I am working on I get a login and try to work on them only to get a maintenance message. Very frustrating! I try to get chat support which is always busy! I leave messages with no replies, and phone support is a joke. But yet GoDaddy has no problems reaching me to try and sell me other products! At the moment I am looking for another provider to move to because it has become such a pain. the site loads slow for people to view. If this was a free site I wouldn’t care but since this is running my business I do care! I chose GoDaddy due to the name just like you would if you bought a car. I’ve done what I can to make it run smooth but the maintenance message I get are a pain in the butt! My Rating is stay away, go someplace else because I am! This is my GoDaddy Web Hosting Review!
Maybe they should read this about Customer Service
Since writing this I switched to Bluehost for my provider and I am much happier! I can actually log in and do updates, the site isn’t slow. Moving over my site wasn’t easy but hey I learned from it.
