Foods we Thought were Healthy but turns out were not
We all eat things thinking they are healthy.. well now we find out not healthy foods. Reduced fat items, most aren’t healthy, peanut butter, fat-free dressings, sports drinks who knew?? Diet soda! I never liked the taste of that so I never drank it anyway. Some things are just best eaten and done within moderation. Certain bread and muffins have refined flour so you have to read the ingredients to make sure you are getting what you’re paying for. prepared salads, and turkey come with hidden fats and preservatives. So we see some are not healthy foods!
As we try to eat healthily we need to read what’s in it and try to stay away from processed foods as well. Closest to Nature the better!
